FACE is counting.

How settlement works: each asset's starting and ending price is captured by FACE's servers from a live reading no more than 60 seconds old. The winner is whichever asset has the greater percentage return over the window. Returns within 0.05 percentage points of each other are called a tie. If a certified live price cannot be captured in time, the battle is voided — ties and voids never count as a win or a loss.
